• Cancellation before the official course start date is eligible for a full refund.
• For self-paced courses, cancellation is allowed only if minimal content has been accessed.
• Once access to premium or downloadable content is granted, cancellation may not be allowed.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are only applicable if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• Live sessions may not be refundable once they have started.

• Courses with significant progress or completion.
• Downloaded materials or issued certificates.
• Purchases made under discounts, offers, or promotions.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds may be considered in rare situations such as duplicate payments, technical issues preventing course access, or failure of service delivery from our side.
